Dermal Fillers

temple filler injections

Despite the widespread use of dermal fillers to combat the visible indications of facial ageing, temple dermal filler therapy is often disregarded. The fullness of the temples, which can be seen from the outer edge of the brows to the outside edges of the ears and back to the hairline, is associated with a more youthful appearance.

Changes to the overall facial appearance can be dramatic when temples are filled. The entire face can be lifted without surgery by injecting fillers into the temple depressions. Wrinkles around the eyes, forehead, and temples can all be removed in addition to having the appearance of more youthful skin thanks to the use of fillers in the temples.

HOW DO TEMPLE FILLERS WORK?

Fillers used in the temple often contain hyaluronic acid. When injected into the temples, this acid stimulates the production of new collagen, strengthening weakened areas. The fullness of the face is improved by filling in the cheeks, lips, and nose. This also helps to minimise the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles in these regions.

The targeted areas for filler injections are the temples, hairline, ear lobes, and brow’s periphery. During your visit, our cosmetic professionals will assess your skin and discuss the outcomes you want to achieve to ensure the temple fillers are injected precisely where they will do the most good. Our experienced doctor will ensure the results are harmonious with the rest of your face so that the enhancement blends in seamlessly.

After getting temple filler injected, you should wait a few days before resting on or pressing your temples. If your temples are still swollen, wait to touch them. Your doctor will tell you to carefully wash your temples regularly to prevent infection at the injection site. In addition, your doctor will likely tell you to take it easy for at least two days after the treatment.

BENEFITS OF TEMPLE FILLERS

In contrast to facelift surgery, fillers for the temples only endure for a few months to a few years. Some may consider this a disadvantage, but if you aren’t pleased with the results, the significantly reduced risk of the process is a huge plus. You can alter the amount of filler used or where it is placed during subsequent appointments to get various looks until you find one you love. Benefits of hyaluronic acid-based temple fillers versus surgical procedures include:
  • Produces the effect of a little facelift without the need for surgery
  • Little to no downtime
  • Normal life can be resumed after finishing therapy
  • A more youthful appearance due to increased volume and plumper skin
  • Decrease in wrinkles
  • Eyes upheld
