After getting temple filler injected, you should wait a few days before resting on or pressing your temples. If your temples are still swollen, wait to touch them. Your doctor will tell you to carefully wash your temples regularly to prevent infection at the injection site. In addition, your doctor will likely tell you to take it easy for at least two days after the treatment.
