Clinic Closure
We have made the difficult decision to close the Canterbury Skin and Laser Clinic site. Our final day of operation will be 31st March 2026. We apologise for any disruption this may cause to your care; this was not a decision that we made lightly.
Your Treatment Options
If you have ongoing treatments or a prepaid package, we have two options available for you:
Continue your care nearby: You can transfer the remainder of your treatment plan to a nearby Bupa Dermatology clinic. Your nearest clinics are Stratum Dermatology Clinic in Wimbledon and The Harley Street Dermatology Clinic.
Receive a refund on unused treatments: If travelling to another clinic is inconvenient for you, we will gladly issue a partial refund for any outstanding sessions in your package.
Your Medical Records
Please be assured that your medical records and personal data will remain fully confidential and secure following the closure of the clinic.
The Dermatology Partnership will continue to act as the data controller for your medical records, and we will store and manage your information in accordance with all applicable UK data protection laws (including the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018) and as outlined in our Privacy Notice.
Your medical records will be retained in line with applicable healthcare records retention requirements, as set out in our Privacy Notice.
You will continue to have full rights to access your medical records and personal data in the future. Requests can be made by contacting matt.stacey@everythingskin.co.uk, and we will respond in accordance with statutory timescales.
